Connecting the Pieces is a heart wrenching true story. Author’s Notes: Being dismayed with the lack of knowledge and services available to us, my son and I wrote about our experiences as we discovered his diagnosis of early-onset bipolar disorder. It was helpful to us to write our story out on paper and we hope that it can be of some help to others as they proceed through some similar situations.
